To do this, you have to squeeze or activate your muscles, while holding the contraction for a moment before releasing. Meanwhile, if you want to ease the tension to your neck, try to lift your shoulders up towards your ears. Hold them up for about ten seconds before you lower them down. If possible, try to make a few repetitions to release the pressure caused by the traffic.


Another thing is to keep your buttocks from getting numb. Thus, you must squeeze its muscles, while keeping it that way for a count of ten before you relax. Just repeat this until you feel comfortable. Furthermore, you can release the pressure on your feet by raising your toes, while keeping it that way for another ten seconds before making repetitions.
